2. What do I have to do to cancel my booking and request a refund of cancellation costs?
If you meet any of the conditions described above and have booked a Non-Refundable rate, please follow the steps indicated below:
- Contact us requesting the cancellation of the booking and the invoice for the cancellation expenses.
- Contact the insurer by email: flexmyroom@arag.es providing yo personal data, your policy number and attaching the invoice and proof of the
reason for the cancellation. - The insurer will contact you as soon as possible with instructions to follow.

3. ¿A qué personas cubre el seguro?
El seguro cubre al titular principal de la reserva así como a sus acompañantes.
4. ¿Cómo funciona la asistencia médica?
Cuando necesites hacer uso de la misma, debes ponerte en contacto con la central de asistencia +34 91 566 15 88 para que te indiquen cómo proceder y a qué centro médico u hospital dirigirte. En los centros concertados con la compañía, ésta pagará los gastos directamente, en el resto, deberás abonar la factura que te será reembolsada posteriormente.
