CANCELLATION
In case you have contracted the Flexmyroom Travel Cancellation Expenses coverage, we solve the most common doubts.
1.- Will my trip cancellation be covered if I am diagnosed with COVID-19?
If you are diagnosed with COVID-19 before the departure of your trip, even without symptoms, and this means that you cannot travel on the planned dates, ARAG will reimburse you for cancellation expenses up to the limit indicated in the policy.
2.- If I have not contracted COVID-19, but an immediate family member with whom I live with has, is the cancellation of my trip covered?
Yes, provided that it is contracted by a first-degree relative (spouse, parents or children) included in the same insured reserve and that it meets the severity criteria expressed in the policy.

4.- What if the person who has contracted COVID-19 is my travel companion, but is not a direct relative?
The Flexmyroom insurance covers the cancellation of a companion for any covered cause provided that this means that the insured must travel alone.
5.- And in case of death due to COVID-19?
If, due to COVID-19, the insured, the companion or any direct first-degree relative dies, you may cancel your trip and ARAG will reimburse you for the expenses in the same way.
6.- What else does Flexmyroom insurance cover?
The insurance includes up to 25 causes for which you are covered in case of cancellation of your trip, such as dismissal from work, serious damage to your home or business premises, taking up a job, taking an official competitive examination, etc. Although many of them are not related to COVID-19, they are just as important and can save you from having to pay high expenses that, in addition to not being able to travel, you will have to pay.
7.- What is not covered?
That which is not specifically guaranteed in the causes described in the policy, such as, for example, in the event of border closures, perimeter closures or state of alarm, etc.
