Nura Restaurant
Opening hours
Open Monday to Sunday from 1.30 pm to 4.00 pm
NURA, a word of Arabic origin that evokes light, is the name of the restaurant at the Hotel Daniya Dénia. A culinary space where the landscape, the sea, and the essence of the Mediterranean inspire a cuisine designed to be savored at a leisurely pace.
Located among the hotel’s gardens and open to both guests and visitors, NURA offers a serene and welcoming atmosphere where cuisine and nature coexist in perfect harmony.
Under the direction of our chef, Amanda Fornes, our culinary offerings highlight locally sourced ingredients and Mediterranean flavors. Rice dishes, seafood, meats, and seasonal vegetables bring to life an honest, contemporary cuisine that respects the “
” origin of each ingredient.
At NURA, we believe that true luxury lies in savoring time, fine dining, and life’s little moments. Because NURA isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a way of
experiencing the Mediterranean.
